Shop Terms of Use & Return Policy
1 Online Orders
1.1 By completing a purchase through our online store, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as outlined below.
1.2 Beacon Bike+Brew maintains a small inventory of products, which is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to not deliver products in the event of insufficient stock levels or unforeseen circumstances.
1.3 In the event that we are unable to deliver a product, customers will be contacted and provided an opportunity to cancel their order. In the case of advanced payment, funds will be refunded within 30 days. If and when the product becomes available for later delivery, a new date will be offered.
1.4 Beacon Bike+Brew reserves the right to alter the price of products offered on our website and in store at our discretion, at any given time. This also applies to correcting the price of an item that is marked incorrectly at the time of ordering.
1.5 Beacon Bike+Brew reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, at our discretion. Customers will be notified.
1.6 If payment is not made on an order within the time allotted, the order will be cancelled.
2 Payment
2.1 The Beacon Bike+Brew online shop accepts the following payment types:

E-Transfer
2.2 Once a purchase has been made through the online shop, you will receive a notification email with the details of that order and any further information related to that order.
2.3 If you have questions about your order, please feel free to contact us at info@beaconbikebrew.com. A member of our team will respond within 48 hours.
3 Shipping
3.1 Beacon Bike+Brew uses Canada Post to ship your purchases. Rates for your order will be displayed during the checkout process. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow your order’s progress.
3.2 If your order does not arrive during the estimated period offered at the time of purchase. Please try the tracking number provided before contacting us. You may also wish to review these suggestions offered by Canada Post.
4 Refunds + Returns
4.1 All sales are final. Once you have received your merchandise, you have the right to open the package to verify all items are present, but a product must be returned in the same condition as it arrived. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and within the original packing, with price labels attached. Labels and pricing must not be tampered with.
Please note: if you are returning an item, you are responsible for it until it reaches our store. If you are shipping your item, please provide a tracking number so that we are able to track it. Beacon Bike+Brew is not responsible for return-shipping costs.
4.2 Return Policy Requirements
If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return.
Product must arrive with all original packaging and accessories, and must be in its original conditions. We will not accept returns or provide refunds for safety items, including helmets, that have been worn (other than to try on for size and fit).
4.3 The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
4.4 Beacon Bike+Brew will accept returns or exchanges in store if a product has been purchased through our online shop.
5 Exchanges
5.1 To exchange a product, please contact us at beaconbikebrew@gmail.dom or visit us in-store.
5.2 You have 30 days from receipt of order to request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a product that costs more than the original order, the customer is responsible for paying the balance.
5.3 Full price items are eligible for a one-time exchange. Return terms and conditions apply.
5.4 We will not provide exchanges on sale items.
5.5 The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
